Frequently asked questions

What time can we take possession of the rooms on the day of our arrival?

Rooms are generally ready by  noon. However, in busy days, the check in can also be done by 2;00 p.m., in order to guarantee  a correct cleanliness of the rooms.


By what time do we have to leave the room on the day of our departure?

By 10;00 a.m., but if you wish to stay with us all day long, you can use the changing-room of the lido or even take a shower before leaving. You can also use our left-luggage for free.

Where is the hotel?

The hotel is at 500 metres from Viale Ceccarini, only 100 metres from the beach. The hotel is situated in a very calm area.

Do you accept credit cards or checks?

Yes, we do accept credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Cartasi, Maestro, Pagobancomat. Checks are also welcome.

Can we have a packed lunch?

If you want to go on a trip or visit fun-fairs, we can prepare you a packet lunch with sandwiches, fruit, soda or water, and any other things to eat.  As an alternative, the day will be considered on half board basis.


Do I have to pay for beverages at meals?

Water  and household wine drunk at meals are included in our prices.

Is the beach included?

Only booking the all inclusive formula you’ll have the right to lie-downs and a beach umbrella.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

Yes, it does. The parking lot is within our structure. Parking is free. We generally guarantee parking for all of our guests’cars.

Are you far from the station?

No, we’re not. The station is only about 1 km far from our hotel.


Does the hotel have bicycles available for the guests?

Sure,it does! At the hotel you will find ten bicycles, the ideal means of transport to take a ride through the seaside thanks to new cycle tracks. The use of bicycles is free, and for over 18 year olders only. Bicycles are provided with adjustable children seats.

Does the hotel have any agreements with fun-fairs?

At the hotel you can buy tickets for fun fairs of the Riviera: Oltremare and Imax, Aquafan, Fiabilandia, Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Parco le Navi. This is a way to make you save money and avoid queues at entrances.


Do you have babysitters?

Yes, we do! This is an extra service you’ll have to pay for.


Do you have a pediatrician?

Yes, his name is dr.Pruccoli. He’ll visit your children on demand in hotel. This is also an extra service you’ll have to pay for.


What are the resturant timetables?

Breakfast  is served from 7,30 a.m. to 10,00 a.m. at the restaurant room, and then continued by the bar in the hall throughout the morning.  Lunch is at 13,00 p.m. ; dinner is at 19,30 p.m.
 

Do you accept animals?

Yes, we do, but only small sized animals. At the end of their stay, guests pay an extra of € 20,00 for the cleanliness/hygienization  of the room.

What happens if we cancel our reservation?

In case a reservation is canceled 15 days before the arrival, the deposit is refund. Otherwise, it will be completely  withheld.

What if we decide to anticipate our departure?

In such a case, you’ll be charged for the three following days the departure (only overnight stay).


What happens if we lose something of our own at the hotel?

Each room is provided with safe. So that the hotel is NOT responsible for any personal loss.
